Where we ship
Orders can be shipped worldwide. Available delivery methods and the final shipping cost are shown at checkout based on your delivery details.
When your order leaves us
Orders are generally processed within 24 hours to 2 business days after payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
How long delivery takes
These are delivery estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays may occur because of customs, weather, or other service disruptions.
Rates and shipment updates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout using the delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping method. Where tracking is available, a tracking email is sent after dispatch.
Customs and import charges
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility. Incorrect shipping information is also the customer’s responsibility.
Lost or damaged orders
If an order is lost or damaged, contact support within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order details and any available delivery information.
